Domestic Shipping (China)

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days | Free on orders over ¥299

Express Shipping: 1-3 business days | ¥25

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

International Shipping

USA & Canada: 10-15 business days | Starting at $15 USD

Express available: 5-7 business days | $35 USD

Europe: 10-15 business days | Starting at $18 USD

Express available: 5-7 business days | $40 USD

Asia-Pacific: 7-12 business days | Starting at $12 USD

Rest of World: 15-25 business days | Starting at $20 USD

International shipping times may vary due to customs processing. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Beijing Time will be processed the next business day.

Please note: We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for express shipping. Standard shipping to P.O. boxes is available for domestic orders only.
