Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Eligible for Return

  • Unopened DIY kits in original packaging
  • Unused tools in original condition
  • Sealed materials and supplies
  • Defective or damaged items (any condition)

Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened or used materials (beads, findings, wires, etc.)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Gift cards and digital products

How to Return an Item

Contact Us

Email us at ajmohammad27@gmail.com or call +86 186 1828 8980 with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return authorization number.

Package Your Return

Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging if possible. Include your order number and return authorization number inside the package.

Ship Your Return

Ship the package to the address provided in your return authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or product within 30 days of delivery. The exchange item must be of equal or greater value.

To request an exchange, follow the same process as returns. If there's a price difference, we'll either refund or charge the difference accordingly.

Note: For international orders, we recommend requesting a refund and placing a new order to avoid additional shipping costs and customs delays.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund immediately, including return shipping costs.

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we'll work quickly to resolve any issues with damaged or defective products.
